I've eaten quite often at another indian restaurant here in town that I thought was good but Bombay Bistro is way better. We had the sea bass and filet mignon from the fusion menu and both were exceptional. The owner, Paul, was enthusiastic and engaging. The service was excellent, and the waitresses are beautiful! Bombay Bistro rocks!

I find myself travelling quite a bit and take advantage of trying some of the best places to eat wherever I go. I had flown in to Denver on business for a few days and was looking for the best restaurants in the area. I was caught completely off guard by this gem in Boulder. This wasn't just dinner, it was an experience. The food was a wonderful fusion of traditional Indian cuisine with a South Beach flair, It was great. The tasteful decor and attention to the smallest of details created an inviting intimate atmosphere. The taste, presentation of the food and level of service not only makes this one of Colorado's best, but has my vote as one of my personal favorites period! We sincerely look forward to coming back when we are in town again.

The Bombay Bistro has been our favorite for several years now. The owner and chef, Paul Gill, along with his wife, Pari have created something very special right in our neighborhood. With a Downtown location, wonderful ambience and Paul's unique Indo-American culinary style...it has everything going for it! Paul's mother is the secret behind the sumptuous sauces that accompany most everything. It's a family affair not to be missed. Enjoy!
